The quality assurance division strictly examines whether operations are consistently performed in accordance with standard procedures, To enhance reliability, this division audits whether manufacturing and quality control are consistent with approved conditions and the current GMP requirements.
Quality control
For maintaining the highest quality, the quality control division strictly evaluates the safety and efficacy of our products by the microbiological, pathologlcal, immunological, biochemical, physicochemical, and animal tests.
Validation to maintain the high quality
Since vaccines are manufactured using pathogenic microorganisms or toxins produced by them as raw materials, adequate consideration should be given to quality of the vaccines. We established systems to consistently manufacture vaccines that fulfill the target quality. All manufacturing processes, equipments, and methods and product specifications were established based on scientific grounds and validity, and whether their functions are consistent with the intended objectives is systematically validated.
